🤖 Race Summary

The Nissan GTP class at Oulton Park saw a wire-to-wire victory for Jacob Reid4, who converted his pole position into a dominant performance. Reid4 led all 33 laps of the race, maintaining control of the field from the start to the checkered flag. Gabri Martinez, who started in second position, maintained his place throughout the event to secure the second step on the podium, finishing on the lead lap. Jack David Spickett rounded out the top three, having also started from his third-place grid position. The Nissan GTP podium remained unchanged from their starting order, with Reid4 finishing the race with only one recorded incident, compared to two for Martinez and four for Spickett. In the Audi 90 GTO class, Noel Luneburg secured the victory after starting from the pole position. Luneburg completed 29 laps, navigating a challenging race that saw him accumulate 6 incidents. Andreas Schuster, who started the race in third, demonstrated consistent pace to move up the order and finish in second place with 3 incidents. Joni Hagner, who started the race from the second position, struggled with consistency throughout the event, finishing in third place after accumulating 13 incidents during the 29-lap duration. The race featured varying levels of attrition across the field. In the Audi 90 GTO class, Andrew Peddie stood out by gaining 6 positions relative to his starting spot. Discipline proved difficult for several competitors, as evidenced by high incident counts among the field. Krzysztof Olejniczak recorded 10 incidents, while Thorben Paulik finished with 11. Hagner’s 13 incidents marked the highest total among the podium finishers, highlighting the difficulty of managing the Audi 90 GTO on the Oulton Park layout. Despite the high incident rates in the GTO class, the Nissan GTP class leaders maintained a cleaner race, with the top three finishers completing the event with a combined total of only 7 incidents.
